Learn From Other’s Customer Service Blunders

Have you heard of the latest, not-so-funny, “Big Company” customer service OOPS? Well, it’s definitely one for the record books. I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets a few mentions from some comedians as well, especially since it’s been listened toover 5 million times! Can you say, “VIRAL“?

Being in the customer service profession for over 30 years, I’m auto-tuned in to instances of extreme customer service, good or bad. But when I see the name “Comcast”, well, that really makes my antennas go crazy! We’ve been using Comcast for about as long as the customer in this audio recording. Although we’re not looking to cancel with Comcast, I’d like to know that it would go a lot more smoothly than this, if we did. Read the full article
