Have you ever had a customer demand a refund on the 29th day, after the purchase, demanding a refund… and you have a 30-day refund policy? Has one of your most difficult clients asked for a full refund after going through your program, claiming it wasn’t worth the money? How do you handle these types of situations? Unfortunately, there’s no app for that!
Difficult customers come and come, again. Hopefully, they are a very
small percentage of your customer or client base. When customers and clients ask for a refund, it sometimes seems like a slap in the face, right? It’s like they’re saying, “You’re not good enough.” or “Your services stink!”
Don’t take this too harshly. There’s an old saying that goes, “Kill them with kindness.” Simply put… don’t get on their level of frustration and meanness. These types of people are often the same ones who almost always find something wrong with their food, customer service, etc. They almost always want a discount of some kind.
Unfortunately, these people don’t walk around with signs on their chest saying, “I’m about to do my best to make you miserable and work your butt off to please me!”
Isn’t there something really cool about laying around on the family room floor, with the whole family, watching a creepy movie? There’s an extra special feeling that comes over you in the winter, though. It seems like the trees move a little differently, and the wind picks up speed and strength as you watch the movie, waiting for the next screaming moment. Or is it just me? Lol
I love the times when my husband, all three kids and myself get to enjoy a classic thriller… even the oldies-but-goodies like ‘Jaws‘ and ‘Nightmare On Elm Street‘. You know what’s about to happen, but it’s almost like your mind goes back in time and you’re watching the movie for the first time. Sure, the technology is way outdated, but watching an old movie in poor color quality, is like listening to an old ‘Kiss‘ album on vinyl, as opposed to CD… it just ain’t the same!

It’s back-to-school time… already! Well, as your student grows, so should their schoolwork and study space. The one place they spend a lot of their time doing homework and preparing for tests is their desk, right? Maybe they prefer the comforts of their bed to a desk.

But, I have eyed a few accents with creative designs and cool colors.I thought you might like:

There are lights, then there are lights, right? We all have the grandmother or aunt who have the contemporary lamps next to the couch, on the end tables. They usually sit on a black, brown or beige stand, with a matching lampshade, right? Or maybe the lampshade has a floral design on it.
Well, welcome to the new age of lamps! These days, it’s ok to be a lot more creative, inside and out. So, we speak our minds, dress in what we like, and raise out kids to do the same. Shouldn’t you dress your home with the same sense of creativity and style that inspires you to “dare to be different“?
Here a few lighting ideas that will feed your appetite for something different:
When you wake up, before you actually get up, do you feel like a sunflower or rose coming alive and blooming?! Do you stretch out your arms like your reaching for the sun, just like a budding flower? If you answered, “Yes“… WONDERFUL! But, if you answered “No,” why not? Hopefully we can help you with that 🙂
Each day, we wake up, should be a fresh, new day for us to blossom! It would be great if we could experience this feeling each and every day, right? Unfortunately, we all do have our not-so-great mornings The good news is that we can dress up our bedroom to help ensure that we wake up to the picture-perfect bedroom that encourages and inspires us, when we rise and shine.
Does your bedroom decor give you a spark of energy? Depending on your personality, you may be uplifted by bright colors, or maybe darker surroundings. Today, we’re going to give you a couple of ideas for how you can blossom in your bedroom, by adding a touch of flower to your current bedroom decor.
We know our kids and grandchildren love to play, but when they’re in “chill mode”, they like to be comfortable too, right? This week’s blog post was inspired by my grandson, Elijah. He’s 5 years old and loves to do everything his Daddy does. So, when it comes time for my son, Andre, to get some work done on his laptop, Andre gets on the family room floor, and starts tapping away.
Elijah, on the other hand, will not get on the floor without his favorite throw blanket. He grabs my Android Galaxy tablet, and pulls up his ABC Mouse app. After about half an hour, Elijah adds a pillow to prop his head up. Well, of course, about 20 minutes later, Elijah is knocked out, asleep, next to his Daddy. Yep… he makes his space quite comfortable 🙂
Well, your child likes to be comfortable, too, right? Here are a couple of ideas that you might want to consider adding to your little one’s space, so they can be comfortable, just like Mom or Dad.
This week is all about the color blue. Last week we talked about the color red, but that’s because red is my favorite color, along with many other people’s. Well, it’s only fair that we cover the color blue today. After all, it is the #1 favorite color.
If blue is your favorite color, here are a few of the personality traits the experts say you probably possess:
… just to name a few. Hmm.. now I’m wondering if the #1 favorite color really is blue, or if people just like the personality traits associated with it! Lol Well, I know I possess all of those personality traits, but I like what I like… and I like RED!
But, I do love some nice blue pieces of home decor accents, like throw pillows for the family room, a comforter set to add a calming effect to the bedroom and a couple of lamps to add a splash of color to the living room.
